Leadership Bonus is payable to Silver Directors and above. The percentage of Leadership Bonus depends on the position . To qualify LB all qualifier must have a personal sale of Rs. 1000 & 60000 GBV excluding personal Business Volume(PBV). GBV has to come from a single Director group. If your Director DL group does not have a 60000 GBV than the qualified/ unqualified Director is rolled up till 60000GBV is achieved> Leadership bonus is based on point value system and this is determined according to the formula given below.
